Our residential client in Walsall wanted some additional living space to increase the size of their existing kitchen. The most suitable option was to add a single storey extension to the rear under permitted development rights. The proposed extension allows for a large open plan kitchen dining area which connects to the rest of the living space. The intended design featured bifold glazing and roof lights to bring natural light into the space and create a welcoming dining area suitable for the modern family.
